In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We accept returns if the goods are faulty and not damaged by the end user. If the order was a mistake, the goods will need to be in a resalable condition for us to approve the return. We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch.
